Bookings & deposits

A booking is confirmed once we've agreed your dates and package and received a deposit. The balance is due on arrival unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments

We accept bank transfer and, for deposits, other methods we'll confirm when you book. Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and can vary by season and package.

Cancellations & changes

Plans change — tell us as early as you can. Refund and rebooking terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and the time of year; we'll confirm the specific terms for your dates when you book, and always try to find a fair solution.

Your safety in the water

Surfing carries inherent risk. Our coaches and guides brief every guest on local conditions, but you're responsible for surfing within your ability and following their instructions. Wetsuits, boards and safety equipment are provided and should be treated with care.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers surfing and other water sports, medical treatment, and trip cancellation, for the full length of your stay.

House rules

We ask all guests to respect the house, other guests, and the local community — this is a residential neighbourhood in Tamraght, and quiet hours apply overnight.

Photos & media

We sometimes photograph sessions and camp life for our website and social media. Let us know on arrival if you'd rather not appear in any photos, and we'll leave you out.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep guests safe, but we can't be held responsible for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our control, including weather, sea conditions, or third-party transport.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
