How we run groups

Mixed levels are fine — we split the crew into coached and guided squads each morning and meet again for lunch. Evenings are shared: bonfires, BBQs, a trip inland if the bay goes flat. University societies get a dedicated contact and a payment schedule that doesn't require herding cats.
